GRR
We've been dealing with this issue for the past few weeks where our DVR will just randomly decide to erase all of our recorded programs. This is so not cool. We've had two techs out to the house - and another's arriving any time now - and we're on our third DVR box. There's something going wrong somewhere with something, but only God knows what. Very frustrating. I'm just glad for Hulu, though I'm thinking we might need to upgrade to Plus for a little so we can watch some of the shows we missed in their entirety. ARG.
In other news, the kittens are crazy. Seriously nutso. Right now I can hear at least one of them running around the bathroom batting one of the jingly balls. So cute. As soon as you open the door, there is a flood of kittens escaping. When we cleaned the bathroom last night, we let the babies explore the area right outside the door. They loved it. Cole came upstairs to see what all the fuss was about. AJ gave him a kiss on the nose. Lili tried to slap him in the face. They're now eating crunchy kitten food. They're excellent climbers now as well. it's amazing how fast they acquire new skills. here are some pics of some of them. Rowdy kittens are incredibly difficult to photograph. I'll try to steal some of my Sis' pics later, as she seems to have the knack of getting good shots.
This is Bandit. She has the biggest, roundest eyes I've ever seen on a cat. She tends to look like those old Kit Kat clocks. She seems shy, but really loves to be petted. She's the mama. Now that the kittens are eating solid food, she seems thrilled not to have to nurse them.
This is Furr Elise (or Elise, or Leesie). She's incredibly shy and tends to skitter away if you come near. However, as she's been so close to us over this past 2 months, she's become a little braver and comes within a foot of me at times. She's very pretty and has gorgeous blue eyes. Two of the kittens look very much like her, while the other three look like versions of Bandit.
This is Brie. So named because she's the color of the cheese. She's very sweet and has markings like a siamese. Her eyes are incredibly blue. She answers to her name already which I just love. Her brother, who looks very similar, we call Monsieur Camembert (another cheese). Monsieur is much more feisty, and has a dark French mustache.
This is Lili. Affectionately known as Silly Lili. As you can see, she's quite a character. As the runt, she's developed that Napoleon complex and is the feistiest of the bunch. She's the first to charge anywhere and explore.I love her to death.
Now I'm just going to sit back and wait for the tech to arrive. Joy.
