• Today has been full of "I wish I had vodka in my water bottle" meetings.  I love my coworkers, but some of them really need to learn when to zip it.
• Tylenol doesn't work worth shit.
• Pandora is finally getting one of my stations down just the way I like it.  Yay!
• The ultrasound today sucked.  We're starting over again in a few weeks with a higher dose
