DCAU is supposedly made up of Batman the Animated Series, Superman the Animated Series, and Justice League - and a few other cartoons and some scattered comics and stuff (including my beloved batman beyond), but. The STAS and JL is the important thing right now

As to the hair: okay so I actually went and looked this crap up. On average, human hair grows about 6 inches per year (with a range of 3 inches to 12 inches), with a hair life of 2-6 years; hair life is basically how long your hair will stay in your head before it falls out so it can start growing again. It's also affected by hormones and stuff. But so you'll always have some hairs longer than other hairs, just because the hairs started growing and different times so some of them are short cause they hit the end of their hair-life and long ones have not yet hit the end of theirs. So depending you could say that atlantian hair grows different than human hair, esp cause we've got girls with ridiculously long hair when generally people can't get hair much longer than 3 feet (apparently, though that still seems a bit odd to me) and that's only the people with the long hair life because it varies genetically BUT ANYWAY ( ... )
