watching tour de france, getting ready for catscan tommorow. ran 10 miles today at a fast clip. I'm feeling pretty good. Tommorow I get to go watch the Olympic Trials in SacTown. SIIIIIICK! I won't be back till Sunday so I'll see yall later.

it's far too late. I just screwed up again. Better to keep it vague, but I take all the blame. I took out a lot of agression on my run today I went under six minute miles pretty much the whole way back and I went out at a torrid pace as well. I guess I pissed them off, but I really wanted to talk with people who have conservative rhetoric down cold and they seemed to.
