Amazing, amazing, amazing. I really want to give longer, detailed feedback, but I just have to stick with amazing for now. You're touching on so many things I wanted in canon, in particular with Veronica and Keith's relationship, which I felt was a joke in the second and particularly third season. I loved the last part, their confrontation. Amazing. And I love the image of Keith so broken and drunk after her death, and Veronica appearing to him. I also adored the love scene with Logan, and her, "I love you." It all fits so perfectly for them.

And oh man, Logan! This would KILL him. Just kill him. It's heartbreaking to read, but so well written and addictive. Awesome job! I really look forward to the next part.

Argh, okay. Not to sound creepy, or freak you out, but I'm so glad you're reading this. 'Cause, uh, I'd pretty much talked myself out of getting (actively) involved in another fandom when I became obsessed with Veronica Mars, but then I read Like a Rolling Stone, and I couldn't contain myself. So, uh, yeah, you're kind of the reason I'm here. Bet you didn't know that.

Keith and Veronica's relationship definitely went downhill, especially in season three. (In season two, I felt like she was just out of touch with him, much like she was with many of her relationships.) I felt like a blow-up was brewing. The other day, I read something about how RT never expected them to have the awesome season one relationship they did, but the networked wanted her to have someone, and the idea of a standoff-ish Keith/Veronica intrigued me. I went back and redid a lot of their scenes, making them harsher. Glad to know it worked! Thanks for reading!

Hey, that's pretty much the best compliment I ever got over the internet! Thank you!

I try. :) No seriously, I'm in love with that fic. I dunno if I ever commented, but I pull it up and read it every few weeks b/c it's so good. Two of my fave's, combined.

Oh no! What a terrible way for Keith and Veronica's relationship to end! That's really awful. You can see where both sides could be hurt, but it must have been quite a blow for Keith to refer to her as if she was some kind of chore. I'm really sad that it had to end that way (and I don't believe in an afterlife). I'm glad that Logan and Veronica had some sort of reconciliation though. That was sweet.

Oh, and it hurt to end it like that, too. And I meant for both sides to wound each other, but I wanted Keith's especially lasting b/c this is his flashback, after all, and you know he'd be beating himself up after a blowout like that. Thanks for reading!

Jake Kane yanking Veronica's scholarship - was that on the show? If it wasn't, kudos. I may have helped with the macrostructure of the story but it's the details you come up with that make it so powerful.

It wasn't. :) Heh. The poor macrostructure. Those notecards are so well-worn. They've been to Texas, to Mexico, to the Carribbean - they are very worldly notecards. But let's be real... the details are great, but without you, this wouldn't be anything. Remember the original premise, lol? Glad it evolved into this. <3 I miss you!

Well, this part didn't hurt nearly as bad as the previous one, but I'm still engrossed in what happened to Veronica here.

Nothing is looking good for Logan right now, I have to say, but I don't trust that this story would look good for most of it.

The part of me that has done Mock Trial is wondering how the gun got back into Logan's suite after it was used to blow out her tires and I think that's part of the point.

Take your time with this and I can't wait for the next part.

The first chapter was one of the more brutal ones. I wanted to get it out there what kind of a fic this would be, just so people would know what they were getting into. Though for Logan, yeah. They'll unfortunately get worse before they get better.

Oooh, Mock Trial? I was always a debate kid. Or like, a journalism kid, but I hung out in the debate room a lot. And yep. That's certainly part of the point. Nice catch. :) Thanks for reading!
