Oh yum.
Thanks for posting this.
Till recently, I couldn't stand peanut butter at all, but now I want to try this. Sounds easy enough.
Never had a tastykake before, though..

you are welcome. It is super easy and if you like peanut butter and chocolate this should do the trick.

tastykake are mostly sold in the philadephia region, they could be further out by now.

How thoughtful of you, thanks!

But nope, I actually have one of those measuring cups that show both systems.

One question, what is "oz"?

oz is the abbreviation for ounces, do you want me to give you the metric for the recipe?

You know I love that you are such a Philly girl that you make a TastyCake Cake! I know need a TandyCake, but with cream since I'm allergic to the peanut butter.

heeee!!

Well how about using, fluff and make it marshmallow.

Melt the marshamallow and spread it on top...

my question is are you allergic too all nuts?

ok so other things you could use... how about caramel?

I will think about some type of cream for you too..

Oh! I like the marshmallow idea. Also a layer of my Grandmother's boiled sugar icing would work.

And, yup, allergic to all nuts. Like with citirus I get terrible nosebleeds. I mean like, so bad they nearly turned a transatlantic plane around to get me to a hositipal cause it wouldn't stop.

see this is where I would make some Stargate Atlantis joke about Rodney Mckay but since you don't watch you wouldn't find it funny... anywhooooo

Pretty crazy about nosebleeds I never heard of them as a allergic reaction.. OY.. so yeah please for the love of pete do not eat.

But yeah if the fluff works let me know I'll try it on my hubby... he no eat nuts either.. but he doesn't eat them cause he doesn't like them.
