and, i woke up at 7:15 this morning for 8:00 meditation.
and, i got a letter from gretchen.
and, i walked to town and bought natural peanut butter.
AND! i ate dinner at the homestead.

the trifecta travels to d.c.

next weekend, caiti, jordan, and i will represent denison's sgac (student global aids campaign) chapter at the national conference. we get to make a presentation because we are this year's model start-up chapter.
