Why can't I just be satisfied?
I feel sick. My stomach is turning and my head is pounding. I'm not coming down with anything. I'm stressed the fuck out. The exes won't leave me alone. The job situation isn't getting better. I'm so drained. I don't know how to manage the chaos. If I could just hide in a dark room, perhaps a cave, for about a month, things might be a little clearer when I come out. No distractions. I've decided to let go of all the pain and negativity I've collected over the last 24 years. Anyone have any ideas on how that might be accomplished? I need to focus on my spirituality. There are some great rituals for removing negative energy. I need to get more herbs and candles.
