Oh, yes, it really happened. I've probably taken some liberties in reconstructing the text, and even while juggling roundabouts it didn't take too long to realize what was going on, but I think really this accurately depicts the experience.

BTW, with Shweta in Aberdeen I am loose ends in Edinburgh during the week; if it happens you're in town for more Fringery at some point drop me a line...?

OH!!!!!!!! OK, COMPUTER! *facepalm* I SEE NAO. I didn't know that track.

Definitely will be dropping of lines! Stu and I haven't made any concrete plans yet -- I just wistfully expressed the desire to spend a whole day in Edinburgh wandering from venue to venue or staying in one venue for each show for a whole day, etc., because of nostalgia for the (much much smaller) Ottawa Fringe. So it'd be great if that could happen some time this weekend... I'll let you know when plans come together!

I'm trying to figure out if that would have been better or worse.

(At least it would have been a human voice instead of Thom Yorke's Mac?)

Well, it seems helpful to be informed that there are no killing moths at the ring road supermarket. Fumbling in the glovebox for the cedar spray could cause a crash!

Good point! We certainly wouldn't want a driver to be distracted.
