AN: So this chapter starts what I would call the third and final act of this story.  There's not much here though.  More of a bridge chapter than anything.  It can't all be morning sex and angry fights though.   I can't tell you

This chapter has got me all kinds of frustrated but not in a good kind of way! But that's not a criticism at all - the chapter was crazy good tension filled! I just wish that Jeff and Annie would damn well get over their shit by now and get on with being adults who TALK about things! Gah! :) But, I'm all for the mad tension and epic romantic entanglements so bring it. The fact I'm getting so involved in the characters tells me how hard you've worked to create the simmering chemistry between them. There is a fine line between love and hate and I can see it here.

P.S. What in the hell was Sergio up to (dammit Annie, finish your conversations!)

I hope my comment didn't come off as criticism, it really was meant to be a compliment although I can see it could be read as a compli-sult. My bad. I truly did enjoy the chapter!

If I'm allowed to have a guess, I reckon that Camilla was Pierce's eyes in Italy. She created the party as a test for Jeff to see if he could keep it in his pants and created a diversion when it looked like he couldn't. I reckon Sergio was in on it, Rich found out, wasn't happy as he's a Jeff/Annie shipper and had went to tell Annie what was going on. I could be totally wrong though...

Hmmm, lots of tension. That's the good stuff there. Kinda... I mean it's not good that Jeff and Annie are fighting... but it's well written because of all the tension. Readers may want kisses and love but they want fighting and unfinished sentences just as much.

So you're doing you job as a writer.

btw. I was thinking the other day that some people used to compare my Debate 110 fic to the J/A classic 'There's only one girl in the world for you' mainly due to the length. But really that's the only thing they have in common. Your fic is much more of a spiritual successor to this comms longest, most angst ridden lovefest while still being completely it's own thing.

And I know it doesn't really mean anything, but your fic deserves an m/m award. Take that for what it's worth.

You know I have no idea how to deal with you when you act maturely. You do this just to bug me, don't you?

I ain't no ijit. I know that resolution = people not reading. I might just pull a classic romantic comedy thing and have them finally kissing as the very last paragraph of this whole I think any fic over a normal length is going to be lumped together and compared to each other because of that. And Debate wasn't the tortured drama that this or its predecessor(point) were, but you get serious high marks for writing an entire action/adventure storyline.

I really don't think your fans will be satisfied with a BDK at the end of the fic and that's it, especially since they already kissed. Seems like most your fans are going to demand smut. Just saying.

And I appreciate what you said about Debate I do kind of like pretty much being this comm's sole action/adventure/romance writer. Though others have done it to and very well.

The real question is which fic is the best one out there, cuz between ur debate 110, only one girl in the world, & now elsiesnuffins italy fic. I think we have the best 3 jeff & annie stories deserving of a m/m award. If that happens I might have difficulty choosing, can the m/m awards have a tie.

WHAT WAS RICH TRYING TO TELL HER?! Sorry to yell but the anticipation is killing me. Also Jeff needs to remove his head from his ass and tell Annie why he's there. Just open his mouth and word vomit it out. It doesn't have to be pretty, just not cruel (unlike previous attempts, if those were attempts).

Okay, I hope Pierce won't die, I love him, I know he's an ass most of the time but I love his relationship with the study group, especially with Annie, I love that he is like a ~father figure for her !
Personnaly, I love the tension between Jeff and Annie, it's realistic that after what happened they can't just pretend that everything is alright between them! The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows!
And what was Rich about to say? From what I gathered, Sergio lied to him about something concerning Camilla and they are no longer together ;(
I loved the whole conversation with Abed, he knows them so well, I can't wait to see Jeff and Annie's reactions to his movie!
