your story reminds me of when my Japanese teacher asked my class to give examples of some Japanese boys names... the names I had were from Yami no Matsuei (shonen ai manga) and my Jap teacher actually said something like "I know what you've been reading ;)"

thankyou for sharing and for the story~!

XD That's awesome!

Though in this case, it's probably better that she DIDN'T recognize the characters. ^_^;; (She totally thought Al was a girl! X3)

You're welcome! ^_^

Love the doujin!

And that story is great. X3
This is coming from a person, however, who almost straight out admitted to writing Elricest to her Geography teacher (I told him I write fanfictions about brothers together, romantically. What more does he need, the name of the pairing and fandom?). And my Geography teacher was reading my AlphonsexAlfons fanfiction over my shoulder one day...
Yay awkward situations? XD
...I can feel your pain though, maybe...I want to show some of my out of class work to my French teacher (like French fanfiction!) but I'm afraid what she'd say...XD

X3 All of my friends know what I ship, as does my family (one of my little brothers is actually on the good ship Elricest with us. XD), but I try to keep it under the wraps at school. I mean, I DO have to work with these people... ^_~

(And yeah. That DOES sound awkward. ^_^;;;)

All my friends know I ship Elricest, as does my brother and his girlfriend (who also ships Elricest! X3) - my dad stays out of this stuff, but I've ranted about incest to him, so I don't think he'd be surprised (he knows who the Elrics are). And - much fun, ahead! - my dad might be taking me to see my beloved grandmother the day of the convention. So I'm gonig to show up. Wearing an Elricest t-shirt. With loads of anime merchandise. Cosplaying. At her door O.o

(Haha. Then there's the fact that Kevin (who's good at French!) was partially reading the French Elricest I was reading...XD)

Bwah~ Reminds me of the time my guy friend thought it'd be funny to read my Japanese comics. :|

Him: "Cross Soul? What's this? Hey... is that the kids from YuGiOh?"
Me: "Uh... heh heh... huh? Oh, those silly Japanese people!" >.> <.<
Him: "Dude, that Yugi guy's pretty small. But a loud guy."
Me: "Hey, wait? You can read that! What's it say?"
Him: "Not much at the moment. Just a bunch of grunting and moaning noises..."
Me: *inner glee*

As for Elricesty stuffs, my collection is small but growing~ For scanlations, I suggest Scanclan. They have some really pretty Elricest doujins for download~ 8D

And I'd so make AMVs, if only I knew how. I pwn Photoshop, but Moviemaker eludes me. D:

Ooh, and if you'd like someone to clean up the scans a little, and make the font a little cleaner, I'd be happy to help~ 8D ♥

Scanclan rocks, but DokiDoki pwns them. X3 Thanks for the tip, though! ^_~

(And yea for YuGiOh! XD)

As for cleaning the scans up, thanks-- maybe next time. ^_^ (I had to use paint and powerpoint to do this; my photoshop program is on my currently!dead laptop. T_T)

I was very much amused by that story. And I am so glad that there are cultures in the world where that kind of thing happens.
Downloading too because it sounds cute.
