First and foremost, I want to deeply thank zenkindoflove , nekocrouton , seirai , and jazzy_peaches . Ladies, you know why. I love you all.

Challah might be the best bread ever. Yummmm.

Being a bad cultural-half-Jew, I'd never actually heard of pletzel before you mentioned it. Sounds delicious.

Erik is just as bad as you and he's a full cultural Jew. He kept thinking I was saying 'pretzel' and then couldn't understand WHY I wasn't making pretzels for breakfast.

Challah is for sure my favorite bread in the world. And this recipe was really easy too! Should you want it, let me know and I will email it or PM it to you or something.

Yes, I'd love your recipe! E-mail? I've only tried one challah recipe so far. I'm game for another one. Did you do all the kneading with the dough hook, or did you knead by hand?

I'll send it to your gmail account. I actually didn't have to do any kneading by hand, the dough hook did all of it for me. And this book I have has kind of taken kneading out of the equation for some breads, as it isn't as necessary in those recipes.
