I am running out of things to do while I am in this debilitated state. Not that I ever knew what to do...I am just absolutely refusing to waste my time watching things that I know are a waste of my time. Bad movies just suck you in and dont' let you escape their cliche-ed clutches. I find it so ironic that I am watching them because a) I hate them

Eliza, I think it's amazing that you can find the willpower to read when you're sick! If it were me I would just spend the day in front of Jimmy Neutron and Six Feet Under to be honest. And if you want to watch something good on tv that isn't a movie, watch Six Feet Under, and I promise you won't be dissatisfied. Seriously. I get chills just thinking about that show

I think it's incredible you can be that insightful about a novel when you're dead, when I can barely be that insightful even when I'm alive!!

Feel better. And watch Shaun of the Dead repeatedly. That's what I do when I'm sick, and it cures me faster than watching Full Metal Jacket. Incidentally, I own only two DVD's.
