*gasp* posting AGAIN? within the WEEK?

1. OMG yes it's ME! I felt the need to ramble again, for some reason, and guess what - Tumblr and Twitter are great for the ADD part of my personality, but sometimes I just need to dump my flail in big ol' chunks of TEXT.

2. Well, actually, that isn't true. I think this pretty speaks for itself:

Oh I am very much not. I have to explain to myself why I still watch the show, TBH. I've missed you, hon! ♥

I MISS YOU, TOO! ♥ AND OH MY GOD, I HOPE YOU SLEPT FOR 12 HOURS OR SOMETHING. 7:09 AM, GEEZ.

4. LOL the second I saw that get reblogged by the House tumblr I just went "oh shit, Shawne's dashboard is going to explode". Have your notifications come back at all yet? Oh, and this was the post that broke my tumblr. Apparently I'm just as good with google alerts when it comes to things other than theatre.

5. The first few episode really weren't all that bad, but then it just got embarrassing. And it just got renewed for a third season? Cannot even. My first thought was "how are they going to keep the story going that long?" . . . and then I realized that, oh, they don't actually have one. I just don't get how people are actually real fans of it? Beyond me ( ... )

LOLOLOL HAI YOU'RE UP LATE. Is it because it's the weekend? I basically crashed and got up relatively early for me, I've been up since 2pm. SURPRISE, HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?!

4. OMG it's my OWN FAULT. I submitted it to the House tumblr, to get it out there, but I didn't think it'd get this out of control! Now it really HAS gone viral; after I fell dead asleep earlier, the fuckyeahfunnythings tumblr reblogged it from someone and killed all my notifications all over again! *weeps* (They're back now, tentatively. I think. But they never send you the old ones they missed, which I suppose is a blessing?) It's actually kind of fun in a trippy way and I've gained some followers from this - although I have to say it strikes me as SO odd the people who follow you who seem to have NOTHING in common with you. Has that happened to you?! I click on their blogs to see if anything interests me enough to follow back, and there is NOT A HINT that we share ANY common interests. They haven't even reblogged anything from me! And I'm, like, you're ( ... )

I essentially agree with EVERY SINGLE WORD you say about Glee. It's like you were actually in my brain when I watched it.

See, when it started they at least tried to reimagine the songs but what's the point of doing like, a Gaga tribute act? No, really? I think it jumped the shark in the Madonna episode - Sue Sylvester may love Madonna, but Sue does NOT fangirl. Jumping the shark in the first season? Is that a record?

OH GOOD I'M SO GLAD. Sometimes I watch it and wonder how people can accept the way the plots and characters are mangled from episode to episode.

I didn't specifically think the show jumped the shark with the Madonna episode... chiefly because I think it's been flirting with the shark all along, jumping seems unnecessary by this point. ;) But if you needed any clearer sign of fail - that came with this episode. The moment Will told the kids to express themselves by aping Gaga, I was, like, huh? And then at the end, when he admitted he had NO IDEA why he came up with the week's assignment? As close a show has ever come to openly declaring 'the shark is here and we're jumping over it, if you don't mind'. Sigh.

LOL SO MANY FANDOMS, SO LITTLE TIME. I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN. KINDA. TOO MANY SHOWS. I HAVE TO STOP MYSELF FROM GETTING INTO THEM OR I WILL DIE AND NEVER DO ANYTHING WITH MY LIFE (NOT THAT I AM ANYWAY :P).

BUT CASTLE. YOU GOTTA GIVE THAT A SHOT. HILARIOUS. I LOVE IT. COMPLETELY FELL IN LOVE WITH IT AND I SHOULDN'T HAVE BECAUSE IT MEANS ANOTHER SHOW AND FANDOM, BUT I COULDN'T RESIST NATHAN FILLION.

Re: Glee. I had an issue with the Burt/Kurt/Finn deal, too. I couldn't exactly put my finger on it until I read your post because that's exactly how I felt. Right after the explosion, I put myself in Finn's shoes and I couldn't blame him for exploding. What he SAID was NOT okay, but his reaction to his entire life being turned upside down I could understand. But apparently, this show likes to throw lots of kids out of their houses (aka Quinn) for some crazy reasons. Also, Glee is a train wreck that I cannot stop watching. Idk why, but it is. I conveniently forget about things like plot to get through. :P

OMIGOD INORITE. WHATEVER INSTINCT FOR SELF-PRESERVATION I HAVE IS WHAT KEEPS ME FROM WATCHING ALL THESE SHOWS AND DEVELOPING NEW FANDOMS. I CAN BARELY HANDLE THE ONES I ALREADY HAVE AND I'VE SUCH AN ADDICTIVE PERSONALITY THAT I CAN'T IMAGINE IT WOULD END WELL IF I GOT MORECASTLE IS AN ENORMOUS MUST FOR ME. I HAVE LOVED NATHAN FOR AAAAGES AND I'VE NO IDEA WHY I NEVER GOT INTO CASTLE - MAINLY BECAUSE I DIDN'T FEEL I HAD THE TIME FOR MOAR OBSESSIONS, I GUESS. BUT I AM CONVINCED THIS MUST HAPPEN THIS HIATUS ( ... )

No, I totally agree with everything you've said about Glee. I just deciding to stop pretending it's actually a good show and enjoy the pretty/funny in every episode. Ever since I started doing that it makes me happy even when it's bad.

It's like me and Mamma Mia. ;) DETESTED the stage show when I first saw a touring production here, and got all my hate out then - still a dreadful show, really, but I could love it when the movie rolled around. So let's see if I can find a way to reach that zen stage with Glee. Maybe if I stopped caring about plot and character development, huh? ;) I'm clearly gonna keep watching as long as they bring the Jane Lynch and the guest-stars, so...

I made me temporarily annoyed how bad the plot and character development got, but then it got SO bad it was just ridiculous. I can't take it seriously anymore...so I don't. XD
