Oh. Holy. God. HOUSE IS BACK. BACK BACK BACK. I don't just mean after, like, two weeks. I mean the show is BACK. The characters I love, the crazy way everything just fits, thematically, from POTW through to the interactions between House and Wilson, and Chase and Cameron, and OMG THE HOUSE/CUDDY ASDL;AJDJASJFSDHFSDFLSDAS.

Three times for me, too. Once I got over the befuzzlement that was House's inability to stay enrolled anywhere (LOL), the flailing started in earnest. LOVED your review. Loved all the bits you mentioned. My favourite line was (also?) the frog in boiling water and red and delicious. *g*

Though, I thought Cuddy said to Wilson, "He was sweet, [but] I know better than to rely on that"? But I've been known to be blind lately, so maybe I'm going deaf, too, LOL. Wouldn't come as a surprise, heh.

Also, Lisa E's amazing ability to drink awkwardly from a coffee cup, ZOMG. ♥

CAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT WEEK. :)

I clearly wound up going to sleep right after though... fail my sleeping patterns these days!! XD

It's been so long since I've felt compelled to rewatch House right away, and this time I just couldn't stop going over it again. Amazing. I knew that House had been kicked out of med school at one point, so that didn't mess me up - the timing did though. I thought she must've known him in his second school. Hrrmph.

I'm glad you enjoyed the review, I had to note down all the things so I can relive it in the event that I can't actually watch the episode - for whatever reason.

I'm so deaf, so I bet you said the right thing. Clearly I'm just hearing what I want to hear, huh? *weeps* Fail, me.

Lisa E has untold talents.

I think I'm the only one who felt that House's sudden rush of emotions for Cuddy was "rushed".
I mean it's a secret for nobody that he has at least a "thing" for her.
But I think it was very subtle in the beginning of the season, and then in the last episode it was just out there, and exposed.

Wait, really?? I don't think it was unusual - how in-your-face it was, yes, but the rush of emotion wasn't anywhere near a rush for me. I thought that's what they've been building up to for seasons, with the sexual tension that's been simmering since the beginning, but especially with the last few seasons.

I guess I'm just such a sad, pathetic, hopelessly optimistic shipper that I'm ecstatic that it's now OUT THERE, and exposed... ;)

LOL I APPRECIATE THE BLINKY-TEXT SENTIMENT. HONESTLY THIS EPISODE MAKES ME SO FLAILY I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO DEAL. IT'S SO QUOTABLE, AND THAT RELATIONSHIP IS SO DEEP AND PRICKLY AND YET INSANELY SWEET - EXACTLY THE WAY IT'S ALWAYS BEEN. I'M SO OBSESSED.
