I can't remember what song it was now, but I heard it on the radio yesterday and was all omg, that's from the Wonderettes. xD One of the less famous ones that I hadn't heard before. /dork

Hah, Spelling Bee of all shows! Go see it, it's fun. :D MTC did it here a few years ago and it was FANTASTIC. And then STC did it the next year (or the year after?) since MTC had had such a winner. I love when that happens. Same thing with Urinetown. :D

I'm definitely going to go see it! I'll go early in the really short run (like five or six days) just in case I like it so much I have to go back. Looking forward to it. :D

They didn't play Farah, they played the original version! My mum's radio station is talkback and sometimes they'll randomly play songs. Usually older ones. xD

She won't cut her friends and we're lucky because we've ALREADY friended her, but I don't know what she'll do, since the Alice Ripley fan page - which Seth moved to after his account went bust - isn't run by HER. Or at least I don't think so? She'll be heartbroken if she can't interact with her fans everyday! D:

We're thinking of going in August, and we plan on taking the train there, which will cut down our trip by two days but which will make our butts happier in the end (plus the trains have wireless!) It looks like I'll definitely be seeing Wonderettes and N2N again, and I might have room for two additional shows. I'd really like to see Avenue Q like I said--not sure though. lol my friends won't see N2N again and asked that we see Wicked again. I was, like, DUDE. YOU won't see N2N a second time, but you want ME to see Wicked a FOURTH time? :P

I've been using your lovely icons for a long time now. I just saw Next to Normal's most recent retweet and was surprised to find out you're a Singaporean too! Is it just me, or is that some kind of mind-blowing cosmic coincidence? I don't seem to be able to find another fellow Sgrean who's on LJ and freaking loves musical theatre andfawsome people like Idina, Kristin, Alice, Meryl. I think we would get along great. Friend?

Btw, I was also kinda taken aback when I found out that Putnam is coming to town. I'm most definitely going to see it.

Ha ha, it might seem random to you, but the weirdest thing is that this isn't the weirdest way I've become LJ friends with someone - although connecting via the N2N twitter is definitely a first. That's amazing! And yes, a cosmic coincidence of the first order. Sounds like we have a lot of common, and man, this is clearly fate. So yes, friends.

LOL, Alice DEFINITELY has a FB. I think she's addicted.

I was SO surprised about Bee coming here - but I guess we do get a lot of Philippine productions touring the region once they're done over there. Fair enough, I already have my ticket!

Definitely going to see V/V, but that's in November, so I'll wait on getting tickets. XD
