Just wanted to post to prove I wasn't dead. They say "man plans and God laughs", I say the joke is in poor taste. The idea of trying to keep really positive and stay on track with my goals became really hard and I'm not gonna lie, there was significant back-sliding

I know that sounds like a crock of **** but eventually things will either improve or something worse will come along and all of the current crap will fade to the background!
(Ain't I just a joy and ray of sunshine? :P *blows raspberries*)
Seriously, though. Take it one step at a time. You'll figure it out sooner or later. In the meantime, know that you're not alone, your friends and family are thinking of you and cheering you on.
And try to look at your dark, cloudy sky and see that even at its worst, there can be some good or beauty to it, if you look hard enough.
