I've only experienced one dream like you describe, and that was the one of my father. I understand loss enough to know the sorrow of longing to hear a loved ones voice, or smile. Again, this is sad... and beautiful in its quiet desperation for just five more minutes...
Oh my. This is something....so beautiful that it actually hurts to read it and contemplate the mysterious meanings in your dreams and in your waking interpretation of them. This is truly an astonishing entry. I'm awed and humbled by this. Thank you so much for sharing it. Dreams are intimately personal and yet you found the universal connection.
That sounds frustrating; I've had a few dreams of dead people, with no talking, but they were calming nonetheless. I would find what you describe to be as frustrating as you describe it. I'm sorry for your losses, but glad your sister made it through that accident. Good luck with your subconscious!
Oh, this is so sad. If ever there were a time to have less lucid dreaming, this would be it. Your brain has the power to recreate someone from your memories during dreams, but yours insists on tethering itself to the unwelcome reality. You've expressed that really well here, and I'm just sorry it isn't bending on this issue. :(
