Nothing much important today, except I wrote over two thousand words of Revenge. It's probably a bit indulgent, but I'm actually pleased - I've managed to get the PT alternate canon in through occasional exposition and Luke's Jedi training (current unit: clairvoyance). Really? Awesome - I didn't know anyone else shipped them. I mean, I only thought of them together for plot reasons, but then I was like OMG YAY, Anakin and Padmé can be BFFs with no awful romance, and Bail is like SRS SENATOR THAT IS SRS except when he's crushing on her, and Leia can remember her, and everything is rainbows!

Aha, I hope you enjoy. This first story (-> series! well, at least there'll be a sequel) is a bit slow, I think, but I hope you like anyway. :P

I really love all your fanfic from the Austen ones to the Cor/Aravis to Harry Potter. I've reread your meta on Darcy so many times (I know bad me for not reviewing enough but really all I usually say is :). I love the gender swap SW fantasy. But when you break up Anakin/Padmé you break my heart ;)! I can see the appeal of Bail/Padmé and it does make the world a more reasonable place so umm. So I will eagerly read even Bail/Padmé Anakin/OFC because it just comes down to me enjoying your writing. I am looking forward to an even more powerful Leia cause she was the character I wanted to be as a kid growing up when my best friend tried to build a lego rocket that would take us to a galaxy far far away and said he would be Luke. Anyway, just saying I am looking froward to more fanfiction.

But when you break up Anakin/Padmé you break my heart ;)Heeeeeh. That's kind of my specialty! I mean, I've written Darcy/Mary Crawford and slaughtered my way through a third of the cast. I'm like "hm, how could I make this more painful?" Though in this case, it really was just a necessity of the Luke-and-Leia-are-not-related plot - Padmé could be with Anakin, or Leia's mother, but not both, and it seemed really weird to disconnect her from Leia in a ROTJ story ( ... )
