Nothing much important today, except I wrote over two thousand words of Revenge. It's probably a bit indulgent, but I'm actually pleased - I've managed to get the PT alternate canon in through occasional exposition and Luke's Jedi training (current unit: clairvoyance). In some ways, it's almost more about the alt!backstory than about the present;

That is - a lot of shared fandoms! Awesome. :)
I've reread your meta on Darcy so many times
*blushes* Thank you! I'm glad people still enjoy it! I enjoyed it myself. Even when I was sputtering with rage, lol.
I love the gender swap SW fantasy
You've read that too? Wow. Just, um. Thank you! I don't really knew what people are reading, so I'm glad it's fun for more than me.
But when you break up Anakin/Padmé you break my heart ;)
Heeeeeh. That's kind of my specialty! I mean, I've written Darcy/Mary Crawford and slaughtered my way through a third of the cast. I'm like "hm, how could I make this more painful?" Though in this case, it really was just a necessity of the Luke-and-Leia-are-not-related plot - Padmé could be with Anakin, or Leia's mother, but not both, and it seemed really weird to disconnect her from Leia in a ROTJ story.
If it helps, though, my Anakin and Padmé were totally BFFs and Leia doesn't so much fly under Vader's radar as he chooses to overlook certain things out of lingering affection for her mother. So.
it does make the world a more reasonable place
aha, best ship description ever. I didn't even know who would be Leia's father at first, and then it was all "duh, Bail!"
it just comes down to me enjoying your writing.
Well, thank you very much. That's a tremendous compliment!
I am looking forward to an even more powerful Leia cause she was the character I wanted to be as a kid growing up
Heeeh, I hope you enjoy! This first story has some of that, and the sequel (when I write it) should have much more.
Anyway, just saying I am looking froward to more fanfiction.
Thanks! Come au_bigbang season, there should be two long stories from me (though I'll probably be a bit frazzled afterwards!).
