I am happy today.

Leanne e-mailed us from Sprinkles, asking us all to choose flavors. I got pumpkin, which kicks their glorious red velvet to the curb, as far as I'm concerned ( Read more... )

Glad to hear that - quick question: Do you think Miss Clementine would appreciate a homemade nippy toy? I'm knitting some for other feline nephews and maybe you missed this post about it. Let me know...

Happy Thanksgiving!

That is very nice of you! If you have the time I'm sure she would enjoy it, but please don't go to any added trouble if you already have a bunch to do. =)

It's not a problem at all - I already sent out the first big batch because Wilf kept pilfering the box where I was keeping 'em. Message me your addy and hers will go out with the next batch, hopefully before Xmas.

So what happens then to a pardoned turkey?

It goes to Disneyland.

That's not a joke. The turkey really is going to Disneyland.

Like many a Super Bowl-winning quarterback before it, the pardoned turkey (and his less photo-friendly understudy Pecan, who also gets a pardon) gets an all-expenses-paid trip to Disneyland

So, Troy was safe after all!

:D

Haha, awesome. Next time I go to Disneyland I'll have to seek out the pardoned turkeys and gobble at them!

"You both did fine. Troy, I want you know it was neck-and-neck but I'm giving it to Eric. You were in it right to the end but it's the flapping thing you've got going on. I tell you what's of some concern to me, that I've been talking out loud this whole time, that's very unsettling."

So I will be eating beans and rice for awhile since I just blew my food budget on the complete West Wing series. LOL. I will make sure to tell you when I get near the end of season two. :o)

Haha! It is expensive but oh, so worth it. I still have a few discs of the final season left to go, and I just keep rewatching old episodes.

We will have to get together and watch some!
