Early birthday present!

For the past few years I've had an eMac, and - much as I've loved it - it's old and rickety and slow, and I've needed something new(er) for a long time...

So, as Darcy will be away on my birthday (a little over a week away), I got my present early! I am now the owner of a Mac Mini and a wide black monitor and all in all it's all very shiny and

That would be Prometheus in a nutshell. :P It was very pretty, slightly terrifying, and completely baffling on every plot level conceivable.

We watched it quite late last night and went straight to bed, and this morning Darcy said 'You know... I didn't get that film at all'.

Bear in mind, he's an MA film student.

It was done in about half an hour. (Other things need fixing - like the operating system - but everything is just there! <3)
