Working on Stuff...

After a week of working my health stuff I'm still processing things.

I bought a filtering water bottle that holds 20 fluid ounces. I've been trying to drink at least four bottles work while at work. I drink a large glass before breakfast and a few more when I get home. My bladder is still working on processing all this water. I've cut soda out ( Read more... )

I think you really need to track the amount of carbs versus protein versus fat. From the pictures...way too many carbs compared to protein. Realize that bananas are carbs, they have more carbs than the tortilla. Its surprising actually what is really in food.

I use fit day when I'm tracking food but I think there are better apps out there now.
