Not sure I'd soak them in vodka. It's one thing to be reassured that the fabrics will not be altered by immersing them in WATER. I'd rather not introduce more free radicals (and lessen my opportunities to imbibe such) to the mix. :-)

I'm thinking of making little sachets out of some of the samples, though, and putting teabags of baking soda in those. And hanging them in the garage to air when DH takes his own car to work tomorrow.
