What the HELL are you on over there?! You seemed perfectly sober when I talked to you. And believe me, there are much more strong female characters in comics nowadays than there ever was before. Although the ones that still get the most press time are the typical ones- Catwoman, Wonder Woman, anyone in a really skimpy outfit... Personal favorite was Rogue, albeit with a little less angst than they currently choose to protray her with. Heads up to writers- a little bit of angst goes a long way!! Rogue is flirty, shameless Southern Belle tease, who covers up her angst with bravado and playfulness. She does not sit around on rooftops and mope. She plays chiken with fighter pilots for godssake!
