NEWS WHAT THE HELL?!

The long awaited day is here -I received my CDJapan goodies.

I will write a proper review-type of thinggy of the releases later. Now, all I can think about is choking in disbelief.

THE ALBUM VERSION OF "GOMEN NE, JULIET" IS CRAP. CRAP WITH CAPSLOCK ALL THE WAY TO THE LAST BLOODY LETTER.

I was able to download the audio rip some time ago (only the songs though, not the backstage parts). Is there anything else from the concert that you want? :)

*huggles* Lessee... I've only seen it twice, so I'm just trying to remember off the top of my head. ^^; Any of these would do:

Live versions of songs are a lot more emotional. :3 I was hoping their new solo songs would be on the new album, but they were probably too short to be included. I loved Stars, but Tegoshi's high note made me cringe a bit because it sounded a little off, lol. Otherwise, he's my current favorite Johnny singer. ^^ I'm so in love with Ai nante; it's the most repeated song on my player. :3

Awww, really, it won't be too much trouble? *squishes* Then, if possible, I'd like to have Stars (soon my love for Tego will be too big for my small fangirl heart to bear if it continues growing like this<3), I.ZA.NAI.SU.KI, Dreams, Kanfu Fighting and Fiesta..maybe Sayaendo too (I like it how they repeat "Shige" xD). *bows* Forever grateful, as always ♥

Now, when I have had time to listen to pacific more carefully, I've sort of grown to like code and Gomen ne, Juliet. I still find the rapping in the latter a bit bothering, but the last line rapped melts my heart every time, no matter what the version is ("..Kimi wo kowashitai hodo aishiteru.."). I sort of overreacted, I admit it now, but.. you probably know what it's like when you have badly waited for something you believed was über awesome and then it let you down. Also, I had had a sucky day at work, so I hoped the album would remedy the angst away. Not exactly what happened x)

NOO. Damnit. I haven't listened to the album yet since I'm waiting for it to come to mommy me. Buh. I really wanted Love Addiction and Kakao on the album but since Johnny hates me he decided to probably save those fo rthe future. WTH.

Love Addiction. *cries* I've been listening to it nonstop now (I have two live audio rips now~) and I seriously think it's one of the best NewS songs EVER. I love it how Keiichi raps at first without engrish ("yeah hold me tight/so loving sight" IT RHYMES I LOVE HIM) and then the beat slows down a bit, yet the catchyness doesn't decrease a bit. He sounds so good. Though he might not be vocally the best singer in NewS nor JE, he has the charisma and self-confidence and JOY to cover it. He's kakko ii. Seriously kakko ii. ♥

LOL I just have one in pretty good quality that I'm listening to all the time on my mp3, after Kakao but know because I needed space I had to erase some songs and there Kakao went... but Love Addiction stayed. Might be because I according to my computer have listened to Shige's song over 40 times now LOL XD
I think Shige has a better voice than Koyama, I actually do, but Koyama's engery in songs comes through and shoots one down. *o*

When I'm thinking about NewS and its members, Shige's usually the last to pop into my mind. I like his singing, but if his adorably cracky blog is left aside, he's a bit nobody to me. The others have more qualities that stand out -Ryo's talent to constantly insult others, Koya's cutely pathetic need for attention, Massu and his food obsession (like alice nine's Nao xD), Pi just as a whole (there really isn't anything in him I wouldn't like ♥ Except, maybe the post-ProDai hair, the short mohawk-style.. that wasn't good. But luckily it's long gone ♥).. and then there's.. well, Shige. With his imaginary gay cats. He has one of the best vocals in NewS, but on stage he should bring himself more into the spotlight, somehow. (KoyaShige's a completely another story, then xD)
