NEWS WHAT THE HELL?!
The long awaited day is here -I received my CDJapan goodies.
I will write a proper review-type of thinggy of the releases later. Now, all I can think about is choking in disbelief.

Now, when I have had time to listen to pacific more carefully, I've sort of grown to like code and Gomen ne, Juliet. I still find the rapping in the latter a bit bothering, but the last line rapped melts my heart every time, no matter what the version is ("..Kimi wo kowashitai hodo aishiteru.."). I sort of overreacted, I admit it now, but.. you probably know what it's like when you have badly waited for something you believed was über awesome and then it let you down. Also, I had had a sucky day at work, so I hoped the album would remedy the angst away. Not exactly what happened x)

Mmm, but would it have been that troublesome to extend the solo songs? I still live in the hope of seeing Love Addiction in their next album or so. Uh, and Pumpkin :D It's such a cute feel-good song<3 omg the engrish<3 Massu<3

But but but... I think there's something wrong with my external HD.. I can't seem to move/delete/rename some files, so I'm scanning it for errors first. I hope it's nothing serious and I don't have to reformat it, or else THERE GOES MY LIFE. Seriously. It has ALL my music, ALL my videos (concerts, jdramas, subbed clips!!! DDDD:), and ALL my pictures (and so nicely organized too!). ;o; Once I successfully back-up my files, I'll upload those songs for you. :)
I think one reason why JE doesn't put some live songs on CD is so the fans will look forward to seeing it in the concerts. And when they go to the concerts, they buy tour goods. So even if solo songs on CD = more people buying CDs, they probably generate more money from those concerts anyway. The Japanese record companies are SHREWD, I tell you. Even PSC, with all its multiple-type releases. (And yet, we can't resist them XD)

I never thought it that way -that they'd left songs out simply for live performances- but it's true that the real money sleeps in the pockets of the concert-goers. I read an article somewhere about jrock as a business, and there was a note that band itself gets most of its money out of the tour goods (apparently the label doesn't interfere that much with those products than it does with official releases, such as cds and dvds). Band's share of the cd sales is itty-bitty.
But for people who live abroad AND THUS ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND SUCH GLORIOUS EVENTS, that kind of song policy is MEAN. *grrr*
And I'm really happy that you found time to upload all those jghjkghaha songs.. but Mediafire seems to -once again- disagree ;_; it has eaten all the links. (it has become very unreliable in a short period of time. *sighs*) I understand if it's too troublesome to re-upload them, but.. but.. *puppy eyes*
