I have twisted feeling about Madrid. I was there and I liked it, but on the other hand I didn't see much of it. Now I know that the best way to celebrate a birthday is to take a car and drive along the roads of Spain to the north of it, to the ocean and the city of Santander (the Spanish say SantandEr - this is the right stress).
