Ooh ooh, this is one of the few mushrooms I know how to identify! The "auto-digest" themselves when the release spores--see how the tall one on the right in your photo is turning into black sludge at the edges, and is suddenly much less bulky that its neighbor on the right? These guys like growing in poop, and the field guides say they are good eats. I'm too scared to eat them yet.
