*sigh* Kid, quit it...you're sounding like me. :P Remember, the economy still sucks...cut yourself some slack on the job thing. At least you're trying, and that's what counts. :) And, if it's any reconciliation, I, too, have been lacking in the category of motivation-for-creation and whatnot. And, just because life happens doesn't mean you're a disappointment, or a bad friend. (And, as I remember, Ash is pretty understanding.)
And, this is something I have to remember on a constant basis myself, so...don't make me go all Michael-Jackson-You-Are-Not-Alone, cuz you're not...alone, that is. Hang in there. You'll be all right. :)
