With regard to "Oxygen," I was rather put off by the message. It was delivered very bluntly; one should know that any system driven to its extremes will not be good news. One has only to look at Venezuela to see the consequences of socialism driven to extremes. "Animal Farm" was a warning about that. "Everyone is equal, but some are 'more' equal than others." So those who say that all capitalism is bad, and socialism is the answer to bliss... well, that's wrong, too. Moderation in everything is the key, and this was not explored at all, it was just a message that capitalism is the worst of all evils. Try again, there are plenty more evils out there

I think the flashbacks takes place AFTER The Husbands Of River Song but before Silence In The Library because he still has the diary.
