It's funny how music does that to you -- completely transports you back to a different age, different location, different mindset. I listened to Pearl Jam's "Porch" for the first time in a dozen years (OMG SERIOUSLY IT'S BEEN 15 YEARS SINCE THAT WAS RELEASED!!!!!) and it completely transported me back to college, to driving around to the Ten tape (YES I SAID TAPE) in my old Mazda 626, and I immediately remembered who I was dating at the time and what I usually did on the weekends.
So very weird.
I can't stand that song "Two Princes", though -- it sounds very pop music compared to what was happening on the music scene at the time.
