I had a doctor's appointment at 4:00. He's on Buford Hwy, just south of Druid Hills (right across the street from the Waffle House where Kid Rock was arrested). At 4:45 or so, it started to snow. Honest to God snow - big ol' fat flakes of the white stuff. I left at 5:00 to head back to the office

Coolest thing I saw at the Consumer Electronics Show last week was a line if flash memory cards for digital cameras that have a wireless device built into the card so that it will automatically download pictures from your camera to your computer whenever it's within 15 feet of the computer. Mo wires, no commands, it just automatically does it. It was astounding to watch.

OK, that's really damn cool. And dangerous. The last thing I need another beast to feed my addiction.

P was working up near Perimeter today, and he left at 5:20. He got home at 7.

Yeah, his office is on Buford Highway near N. Druid, but he is out teaching so much that he's been as far out as Jasper (not counting places they had to fly him), so he has some hellish commutes sometimes.
