Sunday found me getting up early (but not early enough--Mike was already gone!) and heading back to the Faerie Festival. Saturday we hopped in the truck, motored south to Perry Hall Maryland to pick up our friend Ksenia, stopped for a bit to say hi to the family, then continued southerly to Upper Marlboro and the Maryland Faerie Festival. I drove about an hour and three-quarters into the wilds of New Jersey, to the Barnes & Nobel in Princeton. It was the official release date for Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child's latest thriller Fever Dream, and they did the first of only three signings right there.
