[Only somewhat late... well, okay, seriously late, but let's not nit-pick, there's a certain young sky pirate captain charging up to deck one, ready to help his comrades in keeping Xanth and Kairi safe.

He soon spots two men, both with odd long ears, and deduces that one must be the man who recruited him in the first place, and the other the one who wants to harm Xanth and Kairi. With his target in sight, he makes to approach the two and give what aid he can.

You know, he's really not paying sufficient attention to his surroundings, an oversight that anyone could take advantage of...]
