Leo silently followed Herz back from Sergei's; he'd seen the teenager slip out and, in a bout of curiosity, decided to follow him rather than come right up and ask what he wanted to.

And his reward was the knowledge of where Herz's room was located. He paces a couple steps -it's a bold request and really rather rude of him, but he thinks (knows) that it'll be for his own good- before lifting a hand and knocking on Herz's door.]

[The teen jerks, head whipping around to stare at his door.

He just got in!]

Jesus, what timing.

[Closing his book, Herz heads to the door, hesitates, then checks the peep hole. The breath he hadn't realized was lodged in his throat escapes when he sees it's just Leo.

Before he opens the door, Herz masocistically checks if he even locked his door. Just on the off chance he hadn't been lucky and it wasn't a righteous turtle what came a-calling.

...nope. It was unlocked.

H--Hey Leo. What's up?

Hey. [Leo hopes he doesn't look as apprehensive as he's feeling; a hand rests on a pouch on his belt.] I need your help with something. Can I come in?

Herz moves to the side, giving the turtle plenty of room to pass through into the MESS that is the Kansan's cabin. Dirty laundry + a small library of books = what Leo is seeing right about now.]
