Summer Stabcon 2013

Had a fun time at Summer Stabcon as usual. Ran three games, which is unusual for me - normally only do one or two- and didn’t play any boardgames this year, but spent lots of time chatting with old friends and making new ones.

'Gentle Ladies' sounds like a fun concept.

Its very silly and a lot of fun. Each Lady gets to pick a rumour about herself (e.g. Sometimes wears trousers, Went to university or Does 'that thing' with her husband) which she should try to weave into the narration as much as possible.

The Monsters are all from literature - like the albatross from the Rime of the Ancient Mariner or Carmilla the Vampire.

And you don't die - you Faint.

I like the idea of fainting! And the literary monsters feel appropriate for the theme.
