Rained a lot today....and ... still raining....

The flu got me  and  I have been sick these last few days.I´m finally better, but I´m still coughing. =/
I didn´t go the gym  today because I hurted my right shoulder last week doing the exercises and it is not 100% good yet..blé.. =/

Oh well..nothing really interesting to say.... * sigh*

Do you use PS or PSP 8 higher? because I use PSP7 and it doesn't have pin light, but I think light works well for me.

I use PSP 9 and PS CS. But PSP doesn´t have "pin light" and "vivid light", only Photoshop. =/
I prefer PSP , I only use PS to add some effects that PSP doesn´t have and some brushes . :)
I think you can kinda get a pin light effect if you use Hard light and lighten, I read something about that at icon_tutorial. :)

O meu é do jasc. Eu amo tanto o meu psp7, não dá problema, é leve, que não tenho vontade de mudar para o 8 ou 9, apesar de ter mais recursos.

Assim, na minha opinião, não tem graaaandes diferenças entre 7, 8 e o 9..especialmente entre o 8 e 9. :)

Hi!, thanks for the tips! I'm going to try them. I've done 2 icons that have a similar toning to the ones you make (but still is not quite exact), I found that using a pinkish gradient in Pin Light often gives it a nice dark-tan look. I'll show you my 2 icons on the next message 'cause I don't have them here(on the PC at work). I'm going to try with your advice and see if I come up with something decent =D.

Hi, I'm back! As I promised I wanted to show you a couple of my icons, the first one was made by me trying to get that darkish colouring from your icons and here it is: http://img232.imageshack.us/my.php?image=swbeautybcopy0ea.png

I added a gradient by crumblingwalls and a texture by mrs_spock.
I'd say the first one looks a bit odd in the face :?

The first one is not odd, it is pretty. I loved the colors. ^^ But my fav is the second icon. hihi Leonidas! *heart*
