The most common crime in the City appears to be murder, even though that is the one that has the least permanent effect. epically tl;dr, my work is art, there is more to this, yes this has a point, percent complete=x, sis!cop tries harder, watching you, more than you wanted to know, i am the tech, police force, there is never too many tags, why?

(OOC - Luke has the ability to move at high speed. He can move so fast as to 'disappear' from sight. Comes in handy for dodging projectiles too.)
