Yes, Master (Xander drabble, G)

Er, yeah. Another drabble for madame_meretrix's first line meme - i.e., the first line of this is hers. Anybody who's read Tales of the Vampires may recognize the setting of this. Everyone else - well, I hope you enjoy it anyway. I'm in a silly mood.

Yes, Master )

Haha, what a perfect icon! :D

Thanks! In the comic that inspired this (set some unspecified time post-series, when Xander is made Dracula's bitch again), Xander says, "Also, Master, Bela Lugosi has ridiculous hair which in no way resembles yours." Or something like that. So, it's canonical that Dracula is sensitive about his hair! *g*

Someone needs to write some meta on the importance of hair (gelled or otherwise) to vampires.

hee! I love seeing my lines in new contexts. You've done some wonderful things with them.

I'm not familiar with the Tales of the Vampires, but I dug this anyway. I liked all of the description, it really feels like a vivid mental image.

Thanks! You've got some great lines there, so it's fun to play with them.

All you really need to know is that at some unspecified time post-series, Xander is made Dracula's bitch again. Something about the "wrought iron" got me - I know (because you explained it to me *g*) that they're common where you set "Steps", but it still sounds terribly ornate and un-Sunnydale to me, and made me think of cemetery gates or mansions or some such.
