Ack, I can never choose--PIE or CAKE??? My Dad loves pie, so that is what we tended to have, growing up.
I guess nothing beats a really well made fresh fruit pie. Pies made from canned fruit can be quite grisly.

And brownies are neither pie nor cake precisely, but NOTHING beats an excellent brownie.

Could I get your current phone number? I want to set up a time to come down and visit you, maybe Gabriel will want to come along, and if he does, maybe we could all see Cora, too.
