How To Make A Meatloaf (not a recipe, more like a how-to)

I'm known in a small (but rapidly expanding) circle of people for my meatloaf. So much so that one of Dad's nursing home friends requested that I make some for his birthday tomorrow

definitely going to try this - I make my Mom's - and its my go-to. I use oatmeal instead of saltines, but have never explored any of these other options... mine is pretty much what it is.. a loaf of meat. But I love it.

This, I will try. though I cannot get sharp cheddar. Or cheddar, period. le sigh.
