I've been out of high school for three years now but it's been a real trip going back to that time and also, trying to get into what a guy's mind might be like. Donghae's specifically. Imagine the chaos :|

This is amazingly beautiful. I love the way you incorporated math and running so deeply into the fic, with Donghae's thoughts in trigonometric flow and the descriptions of running. I almost feel inspired to run, and I'm a terrible runner who avoids it at all times possible D: I'd give it a try tomorrow, if it weren't so cold :P Seriously, you have mad writing skills, with your power you can convince hoards of lazy couch potatoes (or just sucky runners) to jog around the neighborhood (and then give up three minutes later after failing horribly and remembering why they didn't like running in the first place OTL ( ... )

Thank you for such encouraging words. This fic has been a journey to write and I'm glad it inspires you in any way to even simply think about wanting to run.

Donghae actually has said that before he audition for SM his dream had been to be a professional soccer player. There's this interview from a few years back where they were talking about playing soccer and Donghae and Leeteuk kept teasing Hyukjae because he wasn't any good and couldn't score or run fast XD I find it especially hilarious since when he and Donghae where on Heartstrings Donghae got eliminated and Hyukjae actually played fairly well lol
