I could have made a friend today. It's the second time I've seen my Blue Bottle barista twice on a wednessday, once ordering my coffe, and then again on my way home. this time he was going into the convience store on my corner and looked ginuinly pleased to see me and said Hi. I'm exhausted though and didn't stop to say anythign other than "hey!",

sorry about missing you on tuesday. i'm not sure what happened, but Jason says it seems we had a miscommunication

i figure that is jason's way of saying he blames me, but doesn't want to come out and say it to my face because jason wouldn't be rude like that. so i wanted to check with you...make sure there was no bad blood between us. because i really am sorry you had to make a trip all the way to campus and not get to see little me. a sad day, one without darren in it. no but really, i'm sorry that happened, but we'll try again, brother.
