Good luck, it didn't help me at all, but then I am petty chronic. I think maybe if you just had mild symptoms of inflammatory disease it may help, I don't know. Also no tomatoes, capsicums, eggplants, potatoes (nightshades) and legumes (hummus, peanut butter). That being said the only dietary thing that's consistently showed to help reduce inflammation levels in actual studies is the consumption of fish oils (specifically salmon oil). Though if you are like me you'll try anything once, it can't hurt to try right?
I swear I'd never be able to follow any kind of diet no matter how good for me. I don't think I'm a picky eater until I see lists like this. I'd be living on olive oil, green tea, and chocolate. :)
I hope it works well for you. I was on steroids for a really long time with no other options like diet and that really messed up my body. It's nice to have alternatives.

I hope it works well for you. I was on steroids for a really long time with no other options like diet and that really messed up my body. It's nice to have alternatives.
