Yesterday moring the kids left. Though we only had 6 hours of sleep we were not tired. So we dressed and jumped on the train. We hit downtown portland, visited the saturday market (fri-sat-sun), amazedly looked on as THOUSANDS of people were everywhere due to the race for the cure, very impressive. A few months ago my inlaws called me and told me that since I have devoted the last 6 something years devoting every moment caring for, loving and raising my children, being a good wife and mother that my wedding anniversary gift this year would be a week long vacation.
