So, red_satin_doll posted an image of Anya that says "Anya for President: 'Cause girlfriend will get shit done" and I commented saying "Anya will take the economy and make it her bitch." And it got me thinking: what BtVS/AtS characters do you think would make good politicians (and don't just say everyone because all politicians are idiots and even fictional

This is the ultimate political poll, you know?
My choices: Anya, because she gets shit done, as well as Cordy and Buffy. Buffy got also a very moral setting so she would fight corruption like no one else. Wesley and Gunn should be involved: Wesley because he's smart and he understand human complexity, Gunn because he's rightful (most of the time) and also gets shit done. Giles, but no Angel, even if I laughed so hard: he has this huge darkside and stuff, so no. Oz, because he culd handle war crisis like Buddha and Willow, because she would kick asses with a cute smile.

Anya would bring us out of our money problems. She was very good with money.

Cordy, but only the Cordy from ATS latter years. She had grown up so much by then and her judgement was very different than High School Cordy. She had changed and became much wiser.

I think Cordy's the only one I'd even half-trust.

Good point - "Tact is just saying untrue stuff". Although I think Anya definitely counts in that regards as well.
