Well, São Paulo is in chaos, but not because of violence, but because of a huge accident that happened this week. São Paulo's government is building new subway lines. In one of them, the Yellow Line, the ground above the tunnel they were digging fell and everything that was above was swallowed by the earth. The buildings next to the accident are
