Feeling a bit :( with that school-related decision yep, I know, no time to be sad, sorry >_< . But of course, IDK what hardship you're going through, and I trust that you have really thought about it for a long time.
Just a tip, be 18y/o and finish at least 2nd year college, and companies will still give you a break. And I do hope things get better for you. I know how it feels to be stuck in a rut for so long and feel so helpless about life. *hugs*
Thank you for being there. I felt a little lighter when I've read your comment. Just, thank you. Can't explain it, I just realized that I was already weeping as I go through your words. (/□\*)・゜ THANK YOU. :'D
I'm turning 18 on January so by the time this school year ends (on March), I'm already 18. I decided this by myself, this is still unknown to my parents. I don't want them to fight because of the expenses for my studies. I've been bringing burden to them since forever, just couldn't take it anymore. /(;-_-)
They say talking to someone about things that bother you help somewhat lighten the load. I'm not really sure how that works because imho most people can't be trusted to keep their traps shut about a friend's personal struggles.
I've been bringing burden to them since forever, just couldn't take it anymore. /(;-_-)I know how this feels, and I don't get people who say "it's a parent's responsibility to sacrifice to bring up a kid properly", though I know it's true. Just because it's a fact doesn't mean we're not allowed to feel bad about it. Not all kids think only about themselves; some of us care enough about our parents that we're able to put our lives on hold for them, too
( ... )
I don't have friends at school. My past relationships with friends were traumatic because I was always used up. No one really wants to befriend me because they easily judge people, they say I'm weird and loner and such. I'm staying in a boarding house and had been miles away from my parents since I was 12. It's a just a good thing that people like you are there to hear things out.
I'm sorry, in the first place I shouldn't even be bragging about this, I know you have your own life as well, you have your own problems, too. I'm so sorry for talking about things like this.
I'll be pondering about your words for the next few days. I might just be thinking so much of the future. Maybe I need to really reflect on things.
I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way, you're too young to feel like a burden! :( I think it's better to make a decision when you're in vacations, after the school year ends, stress can really make a mess in your head, I know because I'm an ex-veterinary medicine student and I had classes like yours and... I got sick because I couldn't stand stress! it was worse when I noticed that actually I wasn't meant to be a doctor (I couldn't stand the idea of someone dying because I made a mistake u_u)... so, if you want to quit, I absolutely understand. But talk to your parents first, I don't think they're fighting because you're a burden, I think they fight because they want to give you the best they can! maybe you can study a shorter and cheaper institute career? that way you can find a job more easily (and maybe save money to study a university career in the future)
Hi! Thank you for this. It made me feel better. Just, thank you! A big thanks!! :) Well, I actually have a scholarship. Need to maintain grades though. I got my grades from the first semester and my grades dropped. I was also a scholar in high school, but that time, I really did well in the academics. I was always in the honors list. Now in college, I no longer excel that much. Just sharing. Really?!? You used to be a veterinary medicine student? You've experienced witnessing someone dying in front of you? That's so ;;___;;. Good thing you found the thing that you really like. How did you decide on that? I really want to know. Taking your advice! I'll be thinking of it seriously. :)
