I have known this prayer (meditation would probably be a better word for it, actually) since I was a little girl and it has been very inspiring to me, regardless of religious persuasion, so I thought I would share it

I couldn't get a decent pic of Henrietta (my cat) looking pissed off. then I was on bladeforums and this custom knifemaker (who makes some really beautiful knives) had it as his avatar. I saw it and thought "that cat does NOT look happy". So I jacked it.
